Accessibility

Web accessibility is the practise of making websites and their pages available and accessible to people using a range of software and devices to access a website and its content.  Accessibility is about letting users access content in their preferred way.

In line with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards and NSW Government Guidelines, Sydney Ports is continuing to work to deliver a high level of accessibility for all users of this website.

Although this site does use graphical content to highlight port infrastructure, it has been designed with accessibility in mind.  Sydney Ports Corporation is continuing to work to ensure the site is accessible to people with disabilities as well as people using different operating systems, web browsers and devices.

Browser Compatibility

We are continually striving to fix compatibility issues for all major browsers. Our site is 100% operational in Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7, and we will continue to improve the compatibility for Firefox, Opera, and other browsers as we progress the roll-out of our new site.
